Transformation and Addition in the Dominican Republic

This project involved the renovation and addition of a one-story house in the Dominican Republic, transforming it into a two-story residence. The new construction on the upper floor brought integrated spaces bathed in natural light, creating a sense of spaciousness and flow. With a design that prioritizes the connection between spaces and luminosity, the renovated house offers modern comfort and functionality, meeting the needs of the residents and enhancing the existing space.
